Are you an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in pipeline pigging and pre-commissioning? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and support the successful execution of pipeline integrity and commissioning projects while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop execution plans, engineering calculations, and test packs for pipeline pigging and pre-commissioning activities.
• Prepare method statements, procedures, project reports, and project close-out documentation.
• Review P&IDs, isometric drawings, line lists, and project specifications.
• Provide technical support to field operations throughout project execution.
• Coordinate project resources, equipment, and manpower requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide technical recommendations to optimize project delivery.
• Interface effectively with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in pipeline pigging, pre-commissioning, or related oil & gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline cleaning, hydrotesting, dewatering, drying, nitrogen services, and pipeline systems.
• Good understanding of pig selection for dewaxing, descaling, and de-sanding of pipelines.
• Experience preparing method statements, procedures, test packs, engineering calculations, and project documentation.
•  Sound understanding of the risks associated with pigging, hydrotesting, and pre-commissioning activities.
• Excellent technical, planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
