·       Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within a team

·       Ability to read and interpret process engineering flow schemes (PEFS)

·       Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and word)

·       Problem-solving and good analytical skills.

·       Knowledge of Terminal Operations

·       Knowledge of Process and Personal safety

·       Knowledge of Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

·       Experience in the maintenance of hydrocarbon and water processing equipment

·       Mechanical bias

·       Onsite Hazards identification and Risk assessment capability.

·       Problem-solving and good analytical skills.

·       Excellent verbal and oral communication skills

·       Self-Motivated and performs under minimal supervision.

• Apply the emergency response procedure where and when necessary.
• Report and close out Unsafe Acts and Unsafe Conditions
• Serves as permit to work signatory and administer safe system of work.
• Apply the Health Safety Security and Environment policy, legislations applicable to crude oil transfer and export.
• Carry out first line maintenance on pumps, motors, separators, and valves.
• Adhere to plant operational procedures.
• Execute daily communication and Shift handover.
• Prepare equipment for maintenance interventions plant isolation etc.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to execute planned activities.
• Collaborate with Plant operators to execute front line maintenance activities in the plant.
• Supervise the activities of the frontline maintenance team.

·       The job activity period is daily on 12-hour (7am to7pm) routine over a 21-day period.

·       There is a standard 3weeks on and 3weeks off schedule.

·       The successful candidate will manage own absences with his/her contractor for suitable qualified covers.

·       There may be need for periodic visits to Shell industrial area for trainings and official assignments.

·       Personnel may be required to work extended hours as need may arises.
