Job Summary:
The General Manager (Civil) will oversee all civil engineering activities related to oil and gas infrastructure projects. This includes leading engineering teams, managing construction activities, and ensuring project execution aligns with industry standards and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support for engineering challenges.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing civil construction projects.
- Train and mentor civil engineering teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in civil engineering within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Experience in structural design, foundation engineering, and infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
