Job Summary:
The Bid Engineer will support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance with client requirements. This role involves analyzing tender documents, preparing cost estimates, and coordinating with internal teams to develop high-quality bids.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze tender documents, specifications, and requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with engineering and procurement teams.
- Conduct cost estimation, risk assessment, and feasibility analysis for projects.
- Ensure all bid documents comply with client requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of bids, tenders, and contract negotiations.
- Assist in post-bid clarifications and negotiations with clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in bid preparation within Oil & Gas.
- Strong understanding of EPC project execution and contract negotiation.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in bid management software and tools.
